Titanova Privacy Policy

Titanova is a planner for your tasks, habits, goals, money and focus. It is built so that your personal content stays with you. We do not run accounts, and we do not have servers that store what you write in the app.
The short version
- Your tasks, habits, goals, reviews, budget and transactions are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit private database). We cannot see them.
- Health data you connect is read on your device to fill in habits and goals. It never leaves your device through us.
- To sell and restore Titanova Pro we use Adapty, a subscription service. Adapty receives your purchase status, an anonymous app identifier and a few details about how you reached a purchase screen. It never receives your content.
- We do not track you across apps or websites, we do not show ads and we do not sell data.

You can export your data from Settings at any time, and delete it in the app and in iCloud (iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage).
Apple Intelligence
Titanova’s assistant uses Apple Intelligence. Requests are processed on your device or, when needed, in Apple’s Private Cloud Compute, which processes the request without storing it and without making it available to Apple or to us. You can turn Private Cloud Compute off in Settings. We never receive your prompts or the assistant’s answers.
Data shared with Adapty (purchases)
When you open a purchase screen or buy Titanova Pro, the app uses Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.) to show prices, check your App Store purchase status and restore purchases. Adapty receives:
- Purchase history: which Titanova Pro product you bought, when, and whether it is active (provided by the App Store).
- An anonymous identifier: a random ID created by Titanova on first launch and kept in your iCloud Keychain, so reinstalling the app or using another of your devices does not create a new profile, plus an identifier Adapty creates for the app installation.
- Purchase source: where the purchase screen was opened (for example onboarding, Settings or a Pro feature).
- Discovery source: your answer to “Where did you hear about Titanova?” during onboarding, only if you answer it.
- Basic technical information needed to process purchases, such as app version, OS version, device model, locale and store country. IP address collection is turned off.
This data is not linked to your name, email or any account, is not used for tracking and is used only to provide and improve purchases in Titanova. Adapty processes it on our behalf; see Adapty’s privacy policy at https://adapty.io/privacy. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
Apple Search Ads
If you installed Titanova from an Apple Search Ads campaign, Apple’s attribution framework may provide an anonymous campaign token to Adapty. It contains no personal data and does not require tracking permission.
Children
Titanova is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your choices and rights
- You can use Titanova without buying Pro; purchase screens can be closed.
- You can skip the “Where did you hear about Titanova?” question.
- You can revoke Health and notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access or delete data held about you. The only data we can reach is the anonymous purchase profile at Adapty; write to us and we will help. You can delete everything stored in your iCloud yourself.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and mention significant changes in the app’s release notes.
